Antonios T. Epitropakis is the founder of A. Epitropakis & Associates.
Born in Heraklion, where he spent the first years of his life before graduating high school, carried on to study Law in the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUoTH) in which he excelled.
His love for his island, in addition to his family who have been in the field since 1960, lead him right back to his home town Heraklion in 2001 when he Funded his own Law Firm.
Since that day, the Law Firm has successfully represented between a lot of others, a various number of National and International companies, Private Investors, top-tier Sports Teams, prominent individuals and Political Figures in court.
Mr. Epitropakis specializes in Criminal Law and Accident Law and has extended experience on Economic Criminal Law such as Investment Fraud, Online Fraud, Tax Evasion, Bribery & Corruption cases.
In his impressive 25 years of Service, he has been continuously litigating at the Courts of First Instance, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court as Attorney at Law while also constantly attending a multitude of seminars and training sessions related to his fields of expertise (Consumer Protection Law, Criminal Law, Accident Law, Tax Law, Medical Law and Human Rights Law).
Today, he has created a legal team with a wide spectrum of specialty introducing a Law firm that can handle even the most complex and difficult cases, achieving significant success.
His anthropocentric approach to legal matters combined with his pristine knowledge of Greek Law, have allowed his Firm to succeed in building relationships of trust with its clients through the years , making It one of the best in its field.
Nikolaos was born in Anogia, Rethymno, and is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He is an active member of the Heraklion Bar Association and has been an associate at Epitropakis & Associates law firm since 2017.
Nikolaos practices both litigation and advisory law and handles cases across a wide legal spectrum, with specialization in Civil Law. He has participated in legal and scientific conferences and seminars and has attended training sessions covering all branches of law, indicatively: contemporary issues in Inheritance law, the changes introduced by Law 4800/2021 to Family law, the institution of cohabitation agreement, Greek National Land Registry Law, GDPR, the changes introduced by Law 5090/2024 to Criminal law and Code of criminal procedure, issues in International & European Law, addressing cases of gender-based and domestic violence, trademark registration process in Greece etc.
He is fluent in Greek and English.
Ioanna A. Papantonaki was born in Heraklion, Crete and is a graduate of the Law Department of the Democritus University of Thrace. She later graduated from the University of Central Lancashire, England, with a postgraduate research degree (MSc) in Criminology.
She has participated in scientific legal conferences, seminars and workshops on Civil and Criminal Law, Criminology and particularly in economic crime and crimes against sexual freedom, forensic graphology and interrogational methodology. She has also been trained in the management of special witness population, in facial and behavioral analysis and detecting lies and deception during the interrogation and court hearings. She has also received a certificate of actual attendance of the special training seminars for the assistance of the Lawyer in the recognition, registration, modification and dissolution of an association according to no. 787 CPC and has been included in the relevant list of the Heraklion Bar Association.
She practices litigation and counseling and deals with all kinds of legal cases and especially criminal and civil law cases. She has been an associate of our Firm since 2020 and is an active member of the Heraklion Bar Association.
She speaks Greek, English and German.
Michael Vidakis was born and raised in Heraklion. He is an Attorney at Law, member of the Heraklion Bar Association and he specializes in Criminal, Traffic and Immigration Law. He graduated from the Law School of Neapolis University of Pafos and he has been an associate at the firm since 2018.
He is fluent in Greek, English and Italian.
